Amazing Fortnite Streamer Ninja Is the First to Reach 10 Million Twitch Followers

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve probably heard the name Tyler “Ninja” Blevins, considering he’s only the most popular Fortnite Twitch streamer ever. Apparently, he’s so popular in fact, that he is officially the first person ever to reach 10 million followers on Twitch.

Just as Fortnite has taken the gaming community by storm, so too has Ninja. With his success propelled by the massive gaming hit, the streamer has been working towards bigger and badder follower and view numbers. Though he has been streaming for quite a while, playing games like Halo before Fortnite was released, he is an absolute beast at the Battle Royale title, earning him quite a bit of dough. He’s so popular in fact that he’s even hosted celebrities like Drake on his Twitch streams, and he’s even gone on to host his very own Fortnite tournaments complete with cash prizes for the top players.

Recently the streamer tweeted that he is the first streamer to ever pass the milestone of 10 million followers on Twitch. Ninja shared his appreciation for his fans, describing the milestone as “seriously ridiculous”. In fact, according to Twitch stats tracker Social Blade, the Fortnite streamer sensation has 10,053,570 Twitch followers. You can check out his tweet below.

And while he does hold the top spot officially for the most followers, his total views comes in at the ninth spot. Of course, this is because Riot Games holds the top spot for total views for League of Legends, with over 1 billion total views on Twitch. Second place is held by Shadbase MurderTV, with less than half of this. Despite this and considering just how massive Fortnite is, it’s possible that Ninja can move up the ranks for total views as well.
