Today is the last day of the 2018 PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Mobile Star Challenge Dubai finals, and to celebrate the event, the official PUBG Mobile twitter account teased a mysterious upcoming collaboration with Resident Evil.

The teaser video accompanying the tweet shows some footage from the upcoming Resident Evil 2 remake and specifically calls out that game in its closing moments. Whatever this collaboration is, it’s safe to assume it os connected directly to that game, as opposed to just Resident Evil in general.

I like the idea of PUBG and Resident Evil teaming up for something – I just hope it extends beyond more than just the mobile game, whatever it is.
