Experience Gruesome, Gory Gameplay While on the Couch

Warhammer: Vermintide 2, a gory first-person action game, launched on the Xbox One on Wednesday and a new trailer announcing the launch can be viewed below.

“We are excited to bring Vermintide 2 to the Xbox community,” said Martin Wahlund, CEO of the game’s developer Fatshark. “We are looking forward to take on Skaven and Chaos with the console gamers.”

The Xbox One version of the game includes support for the streaming platform Mixer and the game is also available on Xbox Game Pass. Two versions of the game can be purchased: the Standard Edition for $29.99 and the Premium Edition for $44.99.

The PS4 version of the game is currently scheduled to come out later this year and there’s a beta that PS4 owners can sign up for. In April, the game reportedly reached a milestone of a million copies sold on the PC.
