The Payment Plan Lasts 24 Months in Total
In an official news post published on Monday (and apparently taken down sometime afterwards), Microsoft unveiled a new payment plan called Xbox All Access, which allows gamers to make monthly payments in order to purchase an Xbox One S or Xbox One X. Notably, Xbox Live Gold & Xbox Game Pass are also included in this payment program.
The post also said that Xbox All Access was a “limited time offer” and the program is reportedly only available for those who reside in the United States.
“For no upfront cost and one low monthly price for 24 months, Xbox All Access gets you a new Xbox One S or Xbox One X, access to more than 100 great games through Xbox Game Pass, and online multiplayer with Xbox Live Gold,” Xbox executive Bogdan Bilan reportedly said. “That’s more than 100 all-you-can-play games — including highly-anticipated new Xbox One exclusives the day they’re released, plus more games added all the time on the fastest, most reliable gaming network and an Xbox One console.”
According to VentureBeat, the Xbox One S payments start at $22 a month while it’s $35 a month for the Xbox One X. However, those who exit the program before making all their payments will have to pay off the remaining cost of the Xbox One console of their choice, according to the gaming news outlet.
